Please note: Bank transfers are only available for GiftRounds created before Fri 23 May. You can still spend your GiftRound on e-gift cards and gifts in the store for collections created after this date.
After you've verified your ID and requested a bank transfer in your GiftRound account, bank transfers are often received within an hour or so.
As a maximum, we advise leaving 48 hours during working days for the money to arrive in the collection organiser's account.
Payments are not made by our payment provider during the weekend and UK and European Bank Holidays.
